POSITION SUMMARY

finalsite’s Deployment team is looking for a creative, and motivated designer to work with finalsite clients to create exceptional, interesting and intuitive website designs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work directly with finalsite clients in the deployment project phase to create an exceptional website design that incorporates the client’s marketing goals, branding, and desired user experiences.
Create unique designs that maximize the functionality of the finalsite CMS.
Implement custom javascript, flash or HTML code to enhance website functionality upon request or to create a more interactive user experience.
Bring new ideas for increasing efficiency and productivity for the deployment and design processes.
Articulate creative vision both internally and to finalsite clients in both written and verbal form.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

2+ years experience in a related field
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Exceptional skills and experience working with Adobe Photoshop, HTML, and CSS
Experience working with a Content Management System (CMS)
An impressive design portfolio
Experience with print design and creation
Detail-oriented and able to work effectively under deadlines
Strong Organization Skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple projects and shifting priorities.
